We raise pastured turkeys, and do our own processing to minimize the stress to the birds typical of crating and transporting. The pasture is never overstocked so every turkey has plenty of room. We take orders for a limited number of fresh Thanksgiving turkeys because they are used primarily for making our soups and pies. We have a vintage style farm store on site with food and gift items. We have 3 distinct flavors of pot pies, BEST traditional style, Parisian style, and Albuturque our southwestern style pie. We also make a turkey & kale soup with ground turkey, and turkey stew with barley made with bone broth and chopped turkey, and two styles of turkey chili.
