Bristol’s Redbird Farm

Farm

We are a small agroecological farm using sustainable practices to grow healthy food that is as good for you as it is for our environment.

Good health for people begins with good healthy soil. Our goal is to increase the health of our soil each year. We strive to be as sustainable as possible by using good farming practices, whether it is adding only organic inputs in our gardens, or practicing natural pest control, We work hard to provide our customers with the best produce possible.

In addition to other venues, we have added our farm in the Milbridge Farmer's Market. This local market serves not only Milbridge, but the surrounding towns. The many summer tourists that drive through here are also delighted with the fresh produce they can eat while staying in our beautiful state! We proudly sell seasonal fresh produce, and sell out most Saturdays.

The Maine Senior FarmShare Program is an exciting opportunity that enables our lower income seniors (60 and over) to receive fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables at absolutely no cost to them. Managed and funded by the State of Maine, it is a program that is a win-win for farmers and seniors alike. If you are a qualifying senior, we would be happy to give you more information about this program.

This farm accepts eWIC but may not at all locations. Please confirm in advance.
